Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson is an Mexican singer and musician born into a musical family. Growing up she was influenced by Boleros, classical music and the classic romantic, ranchero, and romance ballads. Ana loves tangos as well drama and opera. Her mother taught her to sing, however she started more intense singing lessons by Flavio Belcerra when she was just 16 years old. he was a renowned Mexican opera tenor. The School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico continued her music education. The singer performed at Guadalajara, Mexico City and various cities while a musician and student. When she moved in the United States in 2000, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before making the move to her current residence in southern California. She is currently performing the traditional Latin American songs at private concerts as a singer. Passion and enthusiasm for music, art, and performing has her involved with many local organizations as a performer and teacher. Ana is also an active member of the Community Chorus of Redlands as well as members of the Inland Master Chorale and Performance Loft. Ana thanks Inland Master Chorale members for allowing her to perform traditional Latin American song.
